Buyer requested that photos be removed. Unit was in fair condition, but almost livable. The kitchen appliances were missing and cabinets/counters were original. The unit needed painting, deck replacement, windows were original, baths needed updating and it was generally not cared for properly. It showed fair and was priced well below market value.
